Equipment:
- 6 HP TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) NEMA design B, direct drive motor, 184TC frame.
- Vibration isolation system including (4) 165 lb. rated neoprene compression mounts; with pulping chamber fully isolated from Pulper shell and surrounding structure.
- Cutting mechanism to consist of:
- Investment cast rotating blade-one piece design, 17-4 stainless steel, hardened to 46 Rockwell C scale.
- Investment cast security ring, 17-4 stainless steel, with three replaceable stationary cutters.
- Impeller, 304 stainless steel, with pumping vanes.
- Horizontally mounted Pulper drive system providing pulping and slurry pumping function with one motor, in one integrated assembly.
- Pulping chamber of one piece investment cast 316 stainless steel construction.
- Completely enshrouded Pulper drive system, shrouding also to encase slurry, return water, and fresh water supply manifolds. Shrouding to be 304 stainless steel.
- Six inch floor clearance.
- Hinged stainless steel lid assembly with chrome plated over-center draw latch with limit switch.
ValvePackage: Prepiped bronze valve package enclosed in 304 stainless steel module.
Som-A-Trol: (Electrical control panel) Wall mounted, UL approved, NEMA 4 steel enclosure. Includes all necessary power, control and water level components prewired to a terminal strip. A push button station is provided.
Electrical Characteristics: 208/230/460 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz.
Capacity: 1000 lbs. per hour of foodservice waste mix.
